All content you create or share using PickerKit (e.g., wheel entries, names, data) remains yours, but by using the service you grant us limited rights to store, display, and process it as necessary to operate the platform.
3. Data & Accounts
If you register, you are responsible for safeguarding your credentials.
You may delete your account at any time.
Anonymous sessions (non-registered users) store data locally in your browser only.
Shared wheels may expire automatically after a period of inactivity.
We do not guarantee permanent storage of any user data.
4. Intellectual Property
All PickerKit logos, UI, and source code are owned by us.
You may use the site and share links freely, but you may not copy, redistribute, or embed large portions of the site or its code without permission.
5. Advertising & Third Parties
PickerKit uses Google AdSense and may display advertisements.
Ads are clearly separated from functional UI.
We do not endorse any advertised product.
Our site may include links to third-party tools or stores. We are not responsible for their content or privacy practices.
6. Disclaimers
PickerKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or accuracy of random results.
We are not responsible for losses or damages resulting from your use of the site.
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for misuse, abuse, or legal reasons.
You may stop using PickerKit at any time.
